Michelle has been teaching for 20 years and loves to share her knowledge and is particularly passionate about bringing yoga to the world.

She teaches from the heart, adapting and working with the energy flow of each student. Breathing is an integral part of her teaching. Michelle teaches a gentle class which can also be adapted to be more challenging as she gives her students an opportunity to increase their stretch if they wish to.
